ownstreet has three plans: Free (₹0), Pro (₹299/month), and Pro Max (₹999/month). Free covers bio links, WhatsApp button, basic analytics (7 days), and one live paid product after Razorpay is connected. Pro adds unlimited products, email capture, 36 templates, PDF stamping, receipts, full analytics, creator marketplace listing, and no branding. Pro Max includes everything in Pro plus featured marketplace placement, custom domain, coupon codes, white-label buyer emails/receipts, UTM analytics, and full order CSV export.

ownstreet charges 0% platform fee on your product sales. Pro and Pro Max are flat monthly subscriptions (₹299 and ₹999). Razorpay payment gateway fees still apply on each transaction.

You can cancel Pro or Pro Max anytime from Dashboard → Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the current billing period ends. Product sales data and your page stay intact. See Refunds page on ownstreet.in for billing policy details.

Links is where you add, reorder, and publish links on your public page. Free plan allows up to 5 links. Pro unlocks unlimited links. Drag to reorder; the top link gets the most clicks.

Appearance lets you pick templates, colors, fonts, and wallpaper. Free includes 6 templates. Pro unlocks 36 niche templates plus custom wallpaper and button styles. Pro also removes ownstreet branding on your public page. Free users can preview Pro templates but need Pro to save them.

Email capture is a Pro feature. Turn it on in Dashboard → Appearance. Visitors can subscribe on your store page; emails appear in Dashboard → Subscribers with CSV export. Pair it with a free lead magnet link for better signups.

WhatsApp button is free on all plans. Add your number in Dashboard → Appearance. A floating button appears on your public page so visitors can message you directly.

Products is where you create digital offers, upload files, set prices, and publish. Free: draft anytime, one live paid product after Razorpay is connected. Pro: unlimited live products. Each sale triggers automatic delivery email with download link.

PDF buyer-email stamping is Pro. Enable it per PDF product in the product editor. Each buyer gets their email stamped on every page at download, which helps trace sharing if someone forwards the file.

Go to Dashboard → Payments to connect your Razorpay account (Key ID + Secret). Buyers pay via UPI, cards, and wallets. Money goes directly to your Razorpay account; ownstreet does not hold your sales balance. Use test mode first, then switch to live keys when ready.

Orders shows completed purchases, buyer emails, amounts, and payment status. You can resend delivery emails from there. Pro Max sellers get CSV export with coupon codes, UTM source, and referrer data.

Subscribers (Pro) lists everyone who opted in on your store. You see email, source, and signup date. Export CSV anytime for newsletters or WhatsApp follow-ups. Enable capture first in Appearance.

Analytics shows profile views, link clicks, and revenue. Free: last 7 days. Pro: full history and deeper revenue tracking. Total Hits counts view events; Trusted uniques estimates distinct visitors (deduped server-side).

Pro Max analytics adds UTM and referrer tracking, repeat buyer stats, and coupon redemption insights. Use UTM links in WhatsApp or Instagram campaigns to see which posts drive sales in Dashboard → Analytics.

Custom domain is Pro Max (₹999/month). Put your store on an address like shop.yourbrand.in. Setup: save your store address, add a CNAME at your domain registrar, verify DNS in Dashboard → Custom domain, then confirm the store is live. Your ownstreet.in/username link keeps working too.

After adding the CNAME at your registrar (GoDaddy, Hostinger, Cloudflare, Namecheap, etc.), wait 5–30 minutes (sometimes up to 24 hours), then click Verify DNS. Use the exact Name/Host and Points to values shown on the Custom domain page. You do not need Vercel or any separate hosting account.

Coupon codes are Pro Max. Create percent or fixed ₹ discounts in Dashboard → Coupons. Buyers enter the code at checkout. Pause or delete codes anytime. Track redemptions in Pro Max analytics.

Pro (₹299/month) unlocks unlimited links and products, email capture, 36 templates, custom wallpaper, PDF stamping, buyer receipts, full analytics, creator marketplace listing, and removed ownstreet branding. One ₹299+ product sale can cover Pro for the month.

Pro Max (₹999/month) includes everything in Pro plus: featured placement in the creator marketplace, custom domain storefront, white-label buyer emails and PDF receipts, coupon codes, UTM/repeat buyer analytics, and full order CSV export with source and coupon data.

Pro sellers can enable PDF payment receipts in Settings. Buyers receive a receipt PDF after purchase. This is a payment receipt, not a GST tax invoice. Add your business name and GSTIN in Settings if you want them on receipts. Pro Max removes ownstreet branding from buyer emails and receipts.
