Razorpay gateway fees still apply.

No. ownstreet takes 0% of product sales. You pay Razorpay’s gateway fee on each payment. Pro and Pro Max are flat monthly plans, not a % of GMV.

Dashboard → Settings → Billing. Cancel anytime. You keep Pro until the current month ends. Your page and sales stay. Subscriptions are not auto-refunded. Product-sale refunds are separate (ask the seller / Razorpay).

Free plan: up to 5 completed paid sales since 20 Jul 2026. Only paid, completed checkouts count: abandoned pending orders do not. After 5, new buyers see an upgrade message until you upgrade to Pro or have active referral Pro. Paid Pro / Pro Max removes the cap.

Dashboard → Payments. Add bank account + PAN. No Razorpay merchant signup. Buyers pay UPI on your page; downloads unlock when payment succeeds. Your share settles to your bank in Razorpay batches (often same day or T+1–2 working days, not one credit per sale). Finish KYC if status stays pending. Free: 1 live product. Pro: unlimited.

Dashboard → Payments. Paste live Key ID + Secret, or use bank payouts instead. Test keys first if you want. Money from BYOK goes to your Razorpay, not to ownstreet.

Two clocks: (1) Buyer download unlocks when payment completes, usually under a minute on UPI. (2) Your bank credit is separate: Route payouts arrive in Razorpay batches, often same day or within 1–2 working days (weekends/holidays slower). A processed transfer is not always the same moment as your bank SMS. Check the account ending in the last 4 digits you saved. BYOK sales settle on your Razorpay dashboard instead.

This is a file download, not a phone app. Buyer: ownstreet.in/orders/recover with the same email they paid with. Seller: Dashboard → Orders → resend email. If payment is still pending, the sale did not complete. If they already downloaded, the file is on their phone/downloads.

Product refunds are not automatic. If a buyer wants money back, the seller must agree. ownstreet cannot issue a maritime/college “approval form”. That comes from the seller’s files. Email ownstreet.in@gmail.com with order email + screenshot if checkout itself broke.

Dashboard → Orders. Completed sales, buyer email, amount, resend download. Abandoned (pending) checkouts are not paid. Pro Max: CSV export + one-time resume email for unpaid checkouts.

Pro Max. If a buyer starts checkout and leaves, you can email them once with a resume link. Dashboard → Orders. One send per order. They must have typed a real email.

Draft as many as you want on Free. Live paid products: Free = 1, Pro / Pro Max = unlimited. Upload the file on the product, then publish after payments are connected.

Max 100 MB per file. PDF, ZIP, and common docs/images are fine. Windows zip (application/x-zip-compressed) is allowed. Keep the tab open while it uploads. If save times out, retry on WiFi. We do not host video dumps.

Pro: stamp the buyer’s email on every PDF page at download. Pro Max: name + email + phone. Turn it on per PDF product. Helps if someone forwards the file.

₹299/month. Unlimited live products and links, email capture, custom template builder, PDF stamp, receipts, marketplace listing, no ownstreet badge, full analytics. All 57 store templates stay free. One decent sale usually covers the month.

₹799/month. Everything in Pro, plus custom domain, coupons, white-label buyer emails, GST/business card on shop and checkout, one staff login (products only), one-time resume email for abandoned checkouts, UTM analytics, and full order CSV.

Pro Max. Dashboard → Business. Show business name, optional GSTIN, city, support email on shop + checkout. Flip Show on, then Save. Hidden if Pro Max ends. WhatsApp on the card uses Appearance.

Pro Max: one extra login. Dashboard → Team. They use their own email. They can upload products. They cannot see bank, Razorpay, or billing. Remove anytime.

Pro Max. Put the store on shop.yourbrand.in. Dashboard → Custom domain: save hostname, add the CNAME at GoDaddy/Hostinger/Cloudflare, then Verify. ownstreet.in/you still works. Checkout stays on ownstreet.in for Razorpay.

Copy Name + Points-to exactly from the Custom domain page. Wait 5–30 minutes (up to 24h), then Verify again. No Vercel account needed. Wrong host (www vs shop) is the usual miss.

Pro Max. Dashboard → Coupons. Percent or ₹ off. Buyer types the code at checkout. Pause anytime. Track uses in analytics.

ownstreet.in/marketplace is a public browse page. Buyers find you, then pay on your store with UPI. Free for every seller after first paid sale. 0% extra ownstreet cut. Files stay on your product, not a second catalog.

Any creator with a username, payments ready (bank payouts or live Razorpay keys), at least one live product, and at least one completed paid sale. Shops auto-list when eligible. Remove anytime from Dashboard → Marketplace. Free plan OK. Featured badge is Pro Max only.

Listing archives if you disconnect payments, unpublish all live products, have zero completed sales, or remove yourself from Dashboard → Marketplace. Fix that, or tap List again. Pro expiry alone does not hide an eligible Free shop.

Dashboard → Appearance. All 57 store templates are free (starters + every niche). Pro unlocks custom template builder (your wallpaper + button style) and remove ownstreet badge. Custom builder is preview-only on Free until you upgrade.

Pro feature. Turn it on in Appearance. Visitors subscribe on your store. See them in Dashboard → Subscribers and export CSV.

Pro: optional PDF receipt after purchase (Settings). It is a payment receipt, not a GST tax invoice. You still handle tax. Pro Max can hide ownstreet on buyer emails.
