What are bank payouts?
Add bank account + PAN in Dashboard → Payments. No Razorpay merchant signup. Buyers pay UPI on your page; you receive 100% in your bank (minus Razorpay gateway fee). Free: 1 live product. Pro: unlimited live products. Or connect your own Razorpay API keys on any plan.
How fast does sale money reach my bank account?
Two different clocks: (1) Buyers get their download as soon as payment succeeds, usually under a minute on UPI. (2) Your bank credit is separate: Razorpay settles Route payouts on their schedule, typically after 2 working days for India domestic (weekends and bank holidays can add a day). Multiple sales may land in one bank credit, not one transfer per sale.
How fast do buyers get their download after paying?
As soon as payment succeeds. On UPI that is usually under a minute. Unlocking the file is not the same as when the creator's bank account is credited (that takes about 2 working days).
What is ownstreet in simple words?
ownstreet is one page where creators can share links and also sell digital products. If you know Linktree for links and Gumroad for selling, ownstreet combines both in one place.
Is there really 0% ownstreet fee?
Yes. ownstreet takes 0% platform fee on product sales. Free is capped at one live paid product; Pro unlocks unlimited live products, reviews, email capture, branding, and analytics that diagnose what's broken. Razorpay gateway fees still apply.
WhatsApp button, actually free?
Always free on all plans. Add your number in dashboard → Appearance. A floating button appears on your bio page. No setup required.
How does email capture work?
Pro users get a beautiful opt-in form on their bio page. Visitors subscribe, you see all emails in dashboard, export CSV anytime.
What is PDF buyer-email stamping?
Pro feature for single PDF products. Turn it on per product and each buyer gets their email stamped on every page at download. Helps trace sharing if someone forwards the file. Pro Max goes further: buyer name + email + phone stamped on every page with a stronger double watermark.
Do buyers get PDF payment receipts?
Pro sellers can enable PDF payment receipts in Settings. Buyers receive a receipt PDF with order details after purchase. Pro Max sellers can also enable GST tax invoices: collect buyer company name and GSTIN at checkout, auto-generate a proper tax invoice PDF with SAC code and IGST/CGST+SGST breakup, attach it to the buyer email, and download a monthly GST export CSV for your CA.
What are badges and titles?
Badges are creator milestones unlocked from activity like links, views, and sales. They are visible in your dashboard and settings, not on your public bio.
What is Work With Me?
A collab block on your public bio page. Set it up in Dashboard → Appearance → Work With Me: headline, pitch, niches, and a CTA. Free uses a mailto button with your collab email. Pro adds a custom https link, follower band, inline lead form, downloadable media kit PDF, and Dashboard → Collab leads inbox.
Can I share affiliate links on my page?
Yes, on all plans. Add recommendation links from Dashboard → Links. They appear as a My picks shelf on your bio page with image, price label, and store name.
What are brand briefs?
Paid collab opportunities at ownstreet.in/opportunities. Browse free and apply from Dashboard → Brand briefs. Include a short note and your store link. Pro collab tools help you look ready for brands.
What is the creator marketplace?
ownstreet.in/marketplace is a public browse page for Indian digital creators. Shops with a live product, payments ready, and at least one completed paid sale are auto-listed. Sellers can remove themselves from Dashboard → Marketplace. Buyers search, click through to your page, and pay with UPI. ownstreet takes 0% platform fee on those sales.
What is the buyer requests board?
Buyers who already purchased on ownstreet can post what they want next (no login). Pro creators reply with a live product from Dashboard → Buyer requests. ownstreet emails the buyer with the product link. Buyer email stays private until they buy again.
How do product reviews work?
On Pro and Pro Max, buyers who purchased can leave a star rating and a short review. Reviews show on your product page to help the next buyer. Hide any review from Dashboard → Reviews.
What are related products after purchase?
After a download succeeds, buyers see a few products from other creators on the success page and in the purchase email (Also on ownstreet). That recycles buyers inside ownstreet without ads. Skipped for Pro Max white-label emails.
Can I sell in USD for international buyers?
Yes on Free, Pro, and Pro Max. Connect your own Razorpay keys, enable International Payments on your Razorpay account, then price products in USD, GBP, or EUR. You can dual-price one product: keep ₹ for India and add a foreign price on the same link. Buyers pay in that currency; Razorpay converts and settles INR to your bank. Bank payouts without your own keys stay INR-only. Free still caps at 1 live product and 5 paid sales.
Can one product have both ₹ and $ prices?
Yes. With Razorpay keys and International Payments on, set India (INR) and International (USD, GBP, or EUR) on the same product. India buyers see rupees; buyers abroad see the foreign price on that same link. Bank payouts without keys stay INR-only.
What is Pro Max?
Pro Max is ₹799/month: everything in Pro plus your own domain, white-label buyer emails, coupon codes (including bulk single-use batches), business + GST shop card, GST tax invoice PDFs with buyer GSTIN at checkout, monthly GST export for your CA, up to 3 team seats (products or orders-only), order webhooks to Slack or your CRM, abandoned-checkout resume email, Meta Pixel + Conversions API, UTM tracking, and full order CSV export.
Can Pro Max sellers issue GST tax invoices?
Yes. Turn on GST invoices in Dashboard → Business. Buyers can enter company name and GSTIN at checkout. Each completed sale can get a GST tax invoice PDF (SAC, IGST or CGST+SGST). Export a monthly CSV for your CA from Dashboard → Orders.
How do Pro Max team seats work?
Invite up to 3 people from Dashboard → Team. Products role can upload and edit products only. Orders role can view orders and analytics read-only. No bank or payout access for staff.
Can I send order webhooks to Slack or my CRM?
Pro Max sellers can add HTTPS webhooks in Dashboard → Tools. We POST a signed JSON payload on each completed sale so you can pipe orders into Slack, Zapier, or your CRM.
Can free users sell products?
Yes. Draft unlimited products free, then connect bank payouts (bank account + PAN) or your own Razorpay keys. Free publishes 1 live paid product. Marketplace listing is free once you have a completed sale. Pro unlocks unlimited products, reviews, email capture, branding, buyer requests, and analytics that diagnose what's broken in your funnel.
What payment methods work?
All Indian methods: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, EMI. International Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted on all plans. On any plan, sellers with their own Razorpay keys can also set USD, GBP, or EUR prices for buyers abroad, including dual ₹ + foreign price on one product (International Payments must be on in Razorpay). Bank payouts without keys stay INR-only.
What are niche Pro templates?

What happens if I cancel?
Your page stays live on Free plan. You keep all earnings. No data deleted. Cancellation stops next renewal; current billing cycle stays active and is not auto-refunded.
Do you offer refunds?
No automatic refunds on Pro or Pro Max. Cancel anytime in Dashboard → Settings → Billing before your next renewal and you will not be charged again. Your current billing period stays active until it ends, so you keep Pro features until that date.
