Not instant. Buyers pay through ownstreet first. Razorpay routes your share to your linked bank account, usually within 2 to 3 minutes on UPI (sometimes longer). The buyer download unlocks when Razorpay confirms the payout, not when payment succeeds. Your bank may show the credit shortly after Razorpay confirms.
