Links, product listings, images, bio text, and any other content you upload to your ownstreet page.
2.3 Payment and billing data
We process payments through Razorpay. We do not store your card numbers or UPI credentials. Razorpay's privacy policy governs payment data handling.
2.4 Usage data
Page views, click events, device type, browser, and approximate location (country/city level) for analytics purposes.
2.5 Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser.
2.6 Support communications
If you contact support, we store messages and attachments needed to resolve your issue.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and maintain the ownstreet service
- To process payments and send transaction receipts
- To send product updates, security notices, and support messages
- To analyse usage patterns and improve the platform

- Razorpay — payment processing
- Supabase — database hosting
- Vercel — infrastructure and hosting
- Law enforcement — when required by Indian law
Service providers process data on our instructions and are expected to protect your data.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records for 7 years under Indian tax law).
