Terms of Service

By accessing or using ownstreet ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ownstreet (operated under Indian law).

You must be at least 13 years of age to use ownstreet. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not transfer your account to another person without our written consent.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may be suspended.

You agree NOT to use ownstreet to:

• Sell or promote illegal products, services, or activities under Indian law
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Spread misinformation or engage in deceptive practices
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

You retain ownership of all content you create on ownstreet. By posting content, you grant ownstreet a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display that content as part of providing the Service.

ownstreet's platform, branding, and code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected.
• ownstreet takes 0% commission on your product sales. You keep 100%.
• Razorpay's standard payment gateway fees (~2%) apply to transactions.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable; you may cancel anytime and service continues until cycle end.
• We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your page will go offline and your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or specific results from using the platform. We are not responsible for content posted by users on their pages.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ownstreet's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage resolution through our support team before any legal action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email at least 7 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
