Subscription Refunds — What's Covered
If you subscribed to ownstreet Pro and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the payment date. This applies to:
- Monthly Pro subscription — first payment
- Annual Pro subscription — first payment
- Renewal payments — within 14 days of the renewal date
To request a refund, email us at ownstreet.in@gmail.com with your registered email and payment date. We'll confirm and process it within 1 business day.
What's Not Refundable
- Refund requests made after the 14-day window
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Payment gateway fees charged by Razorpay (~2%)
ownstreet does not handle refunds for purchases made by your customers through your digital product store. Those transactions are between you and your buyers — you are responsible for your own refund policy as a seller.
Refund Timeline
- Approval: Within 1 business day of your request
- UPI payments: 2–3 business days
- Credit/debit cards: 5–7 business days
- Net banking: 3–5 business days
Refunds are credited to the original payment method. We cannot transfer refunds to a different account.
Account After Refund
After a refund is processed, your account will revert to the Free plan. Your page, links, and data are preserved. You can re-subscribe at any time.
Products you've already sold and earnings already received are unaffected by a subscription refund.
