You can cancel Pro from settings at any time.

No lock-in

Your account continues on the current billing cycle, then returns to Free.

No automatic refunds

Subscription charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

UPI / Google Pay autopay — you must cancel in two places

Pro billing uses Razorpay. UPI subscriptions (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, bank apps) may create an autopay mandate in your wallet or banking app. Cancelling in ownstreet stops future renewals on our side; you must also revoke autopay in your wallet or bank app if it still appears there.

Step-by-step:

  1. Cancel Pro in ownstreet → Settings → Billing (stops renewal with Razorpay).
  2. Open your payment app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or your bank app) → Autopay / Mandates / Subscriptions.
  3. Find Razorpay or ownstreet and revoke, pause, or remove the mandate.
  4. If money was debited in error, email ownstreet.in@gmail.com with your registered email and Razorpay payment ID.

Cancelling only in ownstreet may not remove the mandate from Google Pay, PhonePe, or your bank app immediately. ownstreet is not responsible for debits from a mandate you left active in your wallet, except where law requires otherwise.

Cancellation — How It Works

You can cancel your Pro subscription any time from dashboard settings. When you cancel:

  • Your Pro features continue until the current billing cycle ends
  • Your plan then moves to Free automatically
  • Your page, links, products, and data remain intact

What's Not Refundable

  • Subscription charges are not auto-refunded after cancellation
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Payment gateway fees charged by Razorpay (~2%) are outside ownstreet control

ownstreet does not handle refunds for purchases made by your customers through your digital product store. Those transactions are between you and your buyers — you are responsible for your own refund policy as a seller.

Billing Timeline

  • Start date: Subscription begins immediately after payment
  • Renewal: Charged each billing cycle until cancelled
  • Cancellation: Takes effect at cycle end
  • Downgrade: Account returns to Free plan automatically

We do not issue automatic refunds after cancellation. If you see a duplicate or incorrect charge, contact support and we will investigate quickly.

Account After Cancellation

After cancellation takes effect at cycle end, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your page, links, and data are preserved. You can re-subscribe at any time.

Products you've already sold and earnings already received are unaffected by plan changes.
