What Getvik actually is (from their own pages)

Getvik’s name comes from Sanskrit vikri (sales). Founder Nikhil Dhaliya positions it as a simple INR store for people who cannot get Stripe. LinkedIn (March 2026) said they had been live about three months, with 550+ users, 300+ creators, and ₹20K+ earned, then launched affiliates. That is an early marketplace, not a mature GMV machine. Treat those numbers as their last public snapshot, not a 2026 year-end audit.

• Products: digital downloads (PDFs, templates, code, audio), Course Studio with DRM video, locked monthly/yearly memberships, version control that notifies buyers.
• Checkout: UPI for India, international via PayPal. Gateways named in terms: Cashfree and PayPal.
• Fee: 10% platform fee on the net after gateway fees, FX, and gateway taxes. Then 18% GST on Getvik’s own fee (GSTIN 09OCEPK6041M1ZZ). Affiliates default 30% of that same net if a code is typed at checkout. No cookie tracking.
• Payouts: you request withdrawal to UPI or bank once the settled balance hits ₹100. Hero copy says “instant UPI payouts.” Body copy says 2–3 days. Settlement to their balance is often 12–24 hours after the gateway, then you withdraw.
• Marketplace homepage (Aug 2026): “Marketplace picks will appear here once public inventory is available.” Empty featured shelf.
• Legal: they call themselves a marketplace facilitator, not merchant of record. Creators are seller of record. Age 18+. PAN to list. Their terms tell unregistered creators not to make inter-state supply through the platform (they cite GST Notification 34/2023) and say they can freeze payouts if that boundary is broken. ownstreet is a link-in-bio shop plus digital downloads, not a video LMS. Buyers pay UPI or cards on Razorpay. Files deliver by email and dashboard. • Ops: UTM, repeat buyers, full order CSV. Getvik’s public site sells Course Studio harder than seller analytics.
