Trust here is not a vibe. Who processes the payment

When buyers get the file

Delivery and bank credit are different clocks. As soon as payment succeeds, the order is marked paid and the download unlocks (often under a minute on UPI). Your bank credit typically lands in 2 to 3 working days on India domestic settlement. A buyer with a file while your bank app is still empty is normal on day one, not proof the sale disappeared.

• Success page and email carry the download path after a paid order.
• Unpaid or failed payments do not unlock the file.
• You should still keep the master file on your own drive. Platforms help delivery. They are not your only backup.

Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks

Digital goods refunds are messy everywhere because the file can be copied after download. ownstreet does not invent a fake "always refundable" promise. On bank-payout mode, a refund reverses the Route transfer for that sale first, then refunds the buyer, so you are not left with a payout and a refund on the same order. Use Contact or email ownstreet.in@gmail.com. Replies are usually within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, IST (typical window 9am–9pm IST). Sundays and late nights can wait until the next support day. For paid buyers stuck without a file, send the payment or order id. For payout questions, say whether the order shows paid and whether bank payouts are active.

What we will not pretend
