• Only while the listing status is published and you still qualify.

Buyers still tap Visit store and checkout on ownstreet.in/yourusername. Featured does not move the cart onto the marketplace grid. That is the same split as a normal listing.

What featured is not

• Not a guarantee of sales or a homepage takeover.
• Not shop_featured (that is pinning a product on your own store).
• Not a second product upload or a marketplace-hosted cart.
• Not a paid boost you toggle independently of Pro Max.
• Not a replacement for Instagram bio traffic.

Who gets featured (and who does not)

The flag syncs when you publish, upgrade, or downgrade. You do not submit a "request featured" form. If Pro Max lapses, Featured turns off with the plan.

How to turn featured on (seller steps)

• Be eligible to list: username, ≥1 live product, payments ready (bank payouts or live Razorpay), Pro or Pro Max.
• Dashboard → Marketplace → write pitch, pick up to 3 categories, set price range.
• Publish the listing (not draft).
• Upgrade to Pro Max if you are still on Pro. Featured applies on the next sync / publish.
• Open /marketplace logged out (or incognito) and confirm the badge on your card.

When Pro Max featured is worth ₹799

Fees (same as a normal listing)

If featured disappears

• You cancelled or expired off Pro Max (you may still be on Pro with a normal listing).
• The listing was unpublished or deleted.
• Eligibility dropped (no live product, payments not ready, account restricted).
• You are looking at your own shop pin, not the marketplace card.
